Exchange Policy
Size exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if:
The product received is damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
Used or washed products.
Products without tags.
Products damaged by the customer.
Requests made after the allowed time.
Refunds
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after successful quality inspection.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup is available on selected pincodes. If unavailable, customers may self-ship the product as instructed by our support team.
