1. What payment methods does Jaimiti accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. COD is available on most serviceable pincodes.
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available on most pincodes across India. A small convenience fee may apply at checkout and is non-refundable.
3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return/exchange policy will apply.
Shipping & Delivery
4. How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days across India, depending on your location. Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking details via Email or WhatsApp.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Jaimiti ships only within India. We plan to introduce international shipping soon.
6. What if my order is delayed?
In case of any unexpected delay, we'll notify you with an updated delivery estimate. You can also contact our customer support team for assistance.

7. How do I find my size?

8. Do Jaimiti outfits run small or large?
Our products are designed for a comfortable and flattering fit and follow our standard size chart. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
Fabric & Quality
9. What fabrics are Jaimiti products made of?
Jaimiti offers premium-quality clothing made from carefully selected fabrics such as Cotton, Rayon, Cotton Blend, Muslin, and other comfortable materials. Fabric details are mentioned on each product page.
10. How do I care for my garment?
Machine wash in cold water with similar colours. Do not bleach. Dry in shade and iron at medium temperature. Slight colour variation may occur due to photography and screen settings.
Returns & Exchanges
11. What is Jaimiti's return and exchange policy?
We offer size exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Requests made after the allowed period may not be accepted.
12. How do I initiate an exchange?
You can submit your exchange request through our Returns Portal or by contacting our customer support. Reverse pickup is available in most serviceable locations. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product. After successful quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.
